Sunday Morning Bible Study:

We offer a 30 minute Sunday morning Bible study at 8:30 AM in Moerer Hall. During this study we read and discuss the text lessons that will be read during our Sunday morning worship services.

Between Our Worship:

Between Our Worship will resume meeting at 10:30 AM on Sunday, February 5th, and continue on February 12 & 19. The topic for this series will be "Living to the Earthly End" and will discuss end of life issues such as living trusts, wills, funeral planning, etc. Please plan to join us for this informative series.

Wednesday Morning Bible Study:

We have a weekly Wednesday morning Bible study at 9:00 AM upstairs in Hope Center on the church campus.. This study is led by Pastor Laherty. We are currently studying the Book of Hebrews. We will soon be completing Hebrews and plan to study Deuteronomy following that.

Naomi Group:

The Naomi Group is a Ministry of Emanuel Lutheran Church seeking to offer fellowship, discussion and support to women who are widows.

On Tuesday, February 14, we will be having a Valentine's Luncheon at 1:00 PM at Lomeli's Italian Restaurant, 600 S. Brea Boulevard, Brea. Please RSVP to the church office by Friday, February 10 if you would like to attend so that we can make adequate reservations. Wear red and plan to join us for this festive occasion.

Women's Bible Studies:

On the second Thursday of each month at 7:30 AM women are invited to gather for the women's prayer breakfast at Carrow's Restaurant on Beach Boulevard in La Habra. The women gather in a quiet back room to share devotions, prayers and breakfast. The next scheduled meeting will be on Thursday, February 9, 2012.

The Women's "Joy Circle" will meet in the Hope Center Library on the church campus on Monday, February 20, 2012. At that time the group will continue their study of the Gospel of Mark.
